1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act,
ntitled “an act to provide for the appointment of a police justice or
olice justices in the counties having a population of fifty thousand or
ver, approved March twelfth, nineteen hundred and six,” be, and the
ume is hereby repealed.
