Chap. 186.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3073 of the Code of Vir-
ginia, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved January 23, 1900, in
relation to the terms of the hustings court of the city of Richmond.
Approved March 11, 1908.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
three thousand and seventy-three of the Code of Virginia, in relation
to the terms of the hustings court for the city of Richmond be amended
and re-enacted so as read as follows:
§3073. Its terms; when to begin; how long to continue; what may
be done at any term.—There shall be a term of the said hustings court
held for each month in the year, except the months of August and Sep-
tember. The terms for the months of January, February, March, April,
May, June, July, October, November and December shall begin on the
first Monday in each of said months. Each term shall continue as long
as the business of the court may require. Any cause or matter cogniza-
ble by the said court may be heard and disposed of at any term thereof.
2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act
are hereby repealed.
