Chap. 87.—An ACT to repeal an act approved March 2, 1904, entitled “an act
to provide for working and keeping in repair the roads and bridges in the
counties of Sussex and Greenesville, and providing what tax shall be used
for keeping the same in order.

Approved March 7, 1906.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act
approved March second, nineteen hundred and four, entitled “an act to
provide for working and keeping in repair the roads and bridges in the
counties of Sussex and Greenesville, and providing what tax shall be used
for keeping the same in order, is hereby repealed.

2. An emergency existing for the immediate enactment of this statute.
the same shall be in force from its passage.
