Chap. 82.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled “an act to regulate
the issue and sale of the bonds of the town of Pulaski,” approved February
19, 1896.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act of
the general assembly of Virginia, approved February nineteenth, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-six, entitled “an act to regulate the issue and
sale of the bonds of the town of Pulaski,” be amended and re-enacted so
as to read as follows:
§1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the town
of Pulaski shall not have outstanding and in force at any one time its
bonds of any description or denomination, including existing indebted-
ness, in an amount exceeding fifteen per centum of the assessed valuc
of the real and personal property assessed in said town.
2. That all acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act be, and the
same are hereby, repealed.
