pairing the public roads and bridges of Isle of Wight county,” approved

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to provide for the working and repairing of the public
roads and bridges of Isle of Wight county, approved March fifth, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-four, as amended by an act entitled an act to
provide for working and repairing the public roads and bridges of Isle
of Wight county, approved February ninth, nineteen hundred, be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.

2. A necessity existing for this bill to become a law prior to the date
prescribed in the Constitution, an emergency is declared to exist, and this
act shall take effect and be in force from its passage.
