Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-seven of the Code of Virginia be, and the same
is hereby, repealed; and that section eighteen hundred and ninety-eight
of the Code of Virginia be, and is hereby, repealed.
