Chap. 20.—An ACT to provide that a publication of the Code of Virginia, as
amended to the adjournment of the General Assembly of 1904, together
with all other statistics of a general and permanent nature including the
tax bill then in force, published by the authority of the general assembly
and edited by John Garland Pollard, shall be received in the courts of this
Commonwealth as prima facie evidence of the statutes therein published.
