1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That if a
n sell or barter, or exhibit for sale or for barter, or give or furr
use to be sold, bartered, given or furnished, or has in his pos
under his control, with the intent of selling, bartering, giving |
shing any blackjack, brass or metal knucks, or like weapons, such
all be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundr

2. The having in one’s possession of any such weapon shail be prima
facie evidence, except in the case of a conservator of the peace, of shis
intent to sell, barter, give or furnish the same.
