nets in Craddock creek.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it s
nlawful for any person to fish or set at any time with a purse
yund net in any part of Craddock creck, or within one mile of the
' said creek, in the county of Accomac.

2. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be fi
ch offense a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor more th
indred dollars.
