Chap. 88.—An ACT to appropriate the sum of $55,000 to add to and improve the
buildings of the State female normal school at Farmville, and to increase the
annual appropriation to said school from $25,000 to $30,000.

Approved March 10, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum
of fifty-five thousand dollars, one-half to be paid during the year nine-
teen hundred and four and the other half during the year nineteen hun-.
dred and five, be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any money
in the public treasury not otherwise appropriated for adding to and im-
proving the buildings of the State female normal school at Farmville,
so as to make the capacity of said buildings sufficient to accommodate
four hundred students.

2. That the annual appropriation to said school be increased from
twenty-five thousand to thirty thousand dollars.
