Chap. 80.—An ACT to authorize the city of Roanoke to donate or sell real estate
owned by it to any State institution.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the city of
Roanoke may by the action of its common council donate or sell all o1
such part of the Gish farm, belonging to said city, as such council may
determine to donate or sell, for a site for the location of any State in-
stitution which may be located in or near said city, and may convey, 01
cause the same to be conveyed, to such person or corporate body as may
be authorized by law to take title to real estate for such institution.
