Chap. 260.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the Warren-
ton and Marshall Road Company, approved May 12, 1887.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act en-
titled an act to incorporate the Warrenton and Marshall Road Company,
approved May twelfth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, be, and the
same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from and after ninety days after the ad-
journment of the present session of the general assembly.
