1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Vrginia, That an act en-
‘itled an act for the protection of fish in the waters of north fork of Hol-
ston river, in the county of Scott, approved March fifteenth, nineteen
1undred and: two, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
