CHAP. 226.—An ACT to require the State corporation commission to recall assess-
ments made, and not to further assess building and loan associations or com-
panies with State franchise tax for the year 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the State
corporation commission be, and they are hereby, required to recall and
cancel any assessments made against building and loan associations or
companies of the State franchise tax for the year nineteen hundred and
four, and not to further assess any such association or company for said
State franchise tax for the year nineteen hundred and four.
