Chap. 220.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Fairfax county
to lease the old Commonwealth attorney’s office building, on the public square,
in the town of Fairfax.

Approved March 15, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of Fairfax county be, and they are hereby, authorized to
lease the old Commonwealth attorney’s office building on the public
square in the town of Fairfax (Fairfax Courthouse) upon such condi-
tions and restrictions as said board may deem proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage, this being a case of
emergency.
