Chap. 145.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of the county of Hen-
rico to levy taxes on dogs in said county, and to provide for the collection of
the same.

Approved March 14, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
of supervisors of the county of Henrico, be, and they are hereby,
authorized to levy such taxes on dogs in said county, not however to be
less than fifty cents on each male dog, and one dollar on each female
dog, as they may deem proper, and to provide for the collection of such
taxes.

2. All laws, or parts of laws, in conflict with this act are hereby to
that extent repealed.
