Chap. 90.—An ACT to authorize the supreme court of appeals of Virginia to
direct the clerk of the court to destroy manuscript records in cases where the
records are printed, and to require the binding of the records with briefs of
counsel in each case.
Approved March 16, 1903.

script of records in cases where the records have been printed, and which
have been decided for two years.
2. The clerk of the said court shall, as soon as the case is decided, cause
the record in the case to be bound, along with the briefs of counsel, in the
same manner that acts of assembly are bound; and the clerk of the said
court shall, when he collects the writ tax in each case, collect of the
appellant, or plaintiff in error, as the case may be, a fee of fifty cents to
pay the cost of such binding.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
