Chap. 570.—An ACT to repeal an act of the general assembly of Virginia, en-
titled “an act regulating the grant of franchises, etc., by cities and towns, and
providing for the advertisement thereof and the public reception of bids there-
for, and providing for the enforcement of the obligations of the grantees,
grantors, or owners of franchises, and providing penalties for the usurpation
of or violation of the terms of the provisions of franchises,” approved April 7,
1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act of
e general assembly of Virginia, entitled “an act regulating the grant
franchises, et cetera, by cities and towns, and providing for the adver-
ment thereof and the public reception of bids therefor, and providing
r the enforcement of the obligations of the grantees, grantors, or own-
3 of franchises, and providing penalties for the usurpation of or viola-
mn of the terms of the provisions of franchises,” approved April seventh,
aeteen. hundred and three, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
