Chap. 567.—An ACT to authorize the school board of the city of Charlottesville
to borrow money and to execute its bonds for said loan.
Approved December 18, 1903.
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That the school
board of the city of Charlottesville be, and the same is hereby, authorized
and empowered to borrow a sum not exceeding cight thousand dollars.
to be used in the construction and equipment of a public school building
in said city.
2. And the said school board may execute its bonds for said loan and
secure the payment of the same by a deed of trust on the said building
and equipment; said bonds and deed of trust to be executed in the name
of said board by its chairman and. attested by its clerk.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.

for the care, custody, and maintenance of and for the prevention of cruelty
children,” approved March 29, 1902. :
