Chap. 538.—An ACT to repeal an act approved July 28, 1902, entitled “‘an act to
provide for the appointment of registrars for the several towns in the Com-
monwealth,” and to repeal an act approved March 2, 1903, entitled ‘“‘an act to
amend and re-enact section 1022 of the Code of Virginia, in relation to regis-
trars and judges of election for the towns of this State.”

Approved December 31, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act ap-
proved July twentieth, nineteen hundred and two, entitled “an act to
provide for the appointment of registrars for the several towns in the
Commonwealth,” and an act. approved March second, nineteen hundred
and three, entitled “an act to amend and re-enact section one thousand
and twenty-two of the Code of Virginia, in relation to registrars and
judges of election for the towns of this State,” be, and the same are
hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
