Chap. 401.—An ACT vesting in the circuit courts of this Commonwealth, and in
the judges thereof, the jurisdiction and powers now vested in and exercised by,
and duties imposed upon, the county courts, or the judges thereof, under the
laws of this State, or under any will or other instrument of writing.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, ‘That the juris-
diction and powers now vested in and exercised by, and duties imposed
upon, the county courts of this Commonwealth, and the judges thereof.
under the laws cf this State, or under any will or other instrument of
writing, shall be vested in, exercised by, and imposed upon the circuit
courts of this Commonwealth, and the judges thereof, except when other-
wise specially provided.
2. This act shall be in force on and after the first day of February,
nineteen hundred and four.
