Chap. 398.—An ACT to repeal sections 4199 and 4200 of the Code of Virginia.
Approved December 10, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That sections
forty-one hundred and ninety-nine and forty-two hundred of the Code of
Virginia be, and the same are hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall he in force from its passage.
