Chap. 397.—An ACT to repeal an act. entitled “an act providing for the compen-
sation and mileage of members, committees, ollicers, and employees of the gen-
eral assembly, and for the payment of the same,” approved July 25, 1902.

Approved December 10, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general asscmbly of Virginia, That an act en-
titled “an act providing for the compensation and mileage of members,
committees, officers, and employees of the general assembly, and for the
payment of the same,” approved July twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and
two, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.

2. This act shall be in force on and after January thirteenth, nineteen
hundred and four.
