Chap. 396.—An ACT to repeal an act of the general assembly of Virginia entitled
“an act to anfend and re-enact section 1022 of the Code of Virginia, in relation
to registrars and judges of election for the towns of this State,” approved
March 2, 1903.

Approved December 10, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act of
the general assembly of Virginia entitled “an act to amend and re-enact
section ten hundred and twenty-two of the Code of Virginia, in relation
to registrars and judges of election for the towns of this State,” approved
March second, ninetcen, hundred and three, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
