Chap. 368.—An ACT to repeal an act approved March 3, 1898, entitled “an act
to provide a circuit court for the city of Bristol, Virginia,” and to authorize
the clerk of said court to transfer to the corporation court for said city the
cases pending in said circuit court.

Approved December 10, 1963.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act
approved March the third, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled
“an act to provide a circuit court for the city of Bristol, Virginia,” be,
and the same is hereby, repealed; the circuit court for said city, es-
tablished by said act, is hereby abolished, and the clerk of said court be,
and he is hereby, authorized to transfer from the docket and records of
said court all cases now pending therein to the corporation court for said
city. ,
2. This act shall be in force from and after February first, nineteen
hundred and four.
