Chap. 351.—An ACT to repeal an act of the general assembly of Virginia en-
titled “an act to allow a retnedy by motion for judgment in the county court,
after ten days’ notice, whenever a person is entitled to recover money or specific
personal property by action in the circuit court or by warrant before a justice
of the peace, where the claim exceeds twenty dollars, and does not exceed one
hundred dollars, exclusive of interest,” approved March 1, 1898.
Approved December 8, 1903.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act of
the general assembly of Virginia, entitled “an act to allow a remedy by
motion for judgment in the county court, after ten days’ notice, when-
ever a person is entitled to recover money or specific personal property,
by action in the circuit court or by warrant before a justice of the peace,
where the claim exceeds twenty dollars, and does not exceed one
hundred dollars, exclusive of interest,’ approved March first, eighteen
hundred and ninety-eight, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
2. This act shall be in force on and after the first dav of February,
nineteen hundred and four.
