Chap. 153.—An ACT to allow the auditor of public accounts to’ pay officers and
employees of the State at stated periods.

Approved April 14, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the auditor
of public accounts is authorized and directed to draw his warrants on
the treasurer for the payment of officers’ and cmplovees’ salaries at the
seat of government on the first day of each month and the fifteenth day
of rach month, respectively.

2. All acte and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-

ed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
