Chap. 120.—An ACT to provide for the election of commissioners of the revenue
for the counties of the State.

Approved March 28, 1903.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That such com-
missioners of the revenue as are now provided by law for the counties of
the State shall be chosen by the qualified voters of the respective counties
at the general election to be held on Tuesday after the first Monday in
November, nineteen hundred and three, and every fourth year thereafter,
and shall hold their offices for the term of four years from January first
next following his election.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
