Chap. 91.—An ACT to provide for the substitution of the State corporation en:
mission in the place and stead of the board of publie works in all proceedins
at law or in equity, to which the said board of public works was a party whiv |
it ceased to exist.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That where ar
proceedings at law or in equity are pending and undetermined in any v
the courts of this Commonwealth to which the board of public works w:-
a party when said board ceased to exist as provided by the Constitution o
this State, the same shall not be discontinued; but on the motion of an:
person interested, after at least ten days’ notice, the State corporaticr
commission shall be made a party thereto, and thereafter such procee:!-
ings shall be had, and such judgment rendered and enforeed, for o
against the State corporation commission, as would have been proper fe:
or against said board if it had not ceased to exist.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
