Chap. 72.—An ACT appropriating the sum of 816.302.46 to be used to meet the
deficit in the appropriation for the benetit. of the Western State Hospital.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia. That the sum of
sixteen thousand three hundred and two dollars’ anil forty-six cents be. and
the same is hereby, appropriated out of the funds of the treasury not
y9therwise appropriated, to be drawn upon the warrant of the president
oy the board of directors of the Western State Hospital, to be used and
sxpended for the purpose of meeting the deticit in the appropriation for
Ane benefit of the said State hospital.

This act shall be in force from its passage.
