Chap. 157.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 3090 of the Code of Virginia,
as amended and re-enacted by the act of the general assembly approved January
18, 1888, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved March 7, 1900, so as to
place the county of Craig with those counties west of the Blue Ridge, whose
causes in the court of appeals are heard in Staunton.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section three
thousand and ninety of the Code of Virginia, as amended and re-enacted
by the act of assembly approved January eighteen, eighteen hundred and
eighty-eight, as amended and re-enacted by an act approved March

seventh, nineteen hundred, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as fol
lows:
§ 3090. At Wytheville—tThe court, at its session at Wytheville, in th
county of Wythe, shall hear and determine all appeals, writs of error, 0
supersedeas which may be brought to the court of appeals, from or t
decrees, judgments, sentences, or orders of courts, from the followin
counties: Roanoke, Montgomery, Floyd, Carroll, Pulaski, Giles, Blané¢
Wythe, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Russell, Buchanan, Wis
Dickinson, Scott, Lee, and Bedford.
2. That the clerk of the court of appeals at Wytheville will transmi
without delay, to the clerk of the court of appeals at Staunton all recor¢
of suits and other matters from Craig county now pending in the court a
Wytheville.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
