Chap. 92.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of
Wise county in their uiscretion to increase the pay of the county judge
of said county to a sum not to exceed eight hundreu dollars per annum pay-
able out of the county levy.

Approved February 12, 1901.

1 Be it enacted by the general assemblv of Virginia, That the board
f supervisors of Wise county be, and it is, hereby authorized and em-
owered to increase the pay of the judge of the county court of said
unty to a sum not to exceed eight hundred dollars per annum, payable
it of the county levy of said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
