1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That

easurer of Page county, be allowed the further time from January
rst, nineteen hundred and one, to distrain and levy and collect any un-
Mlected tax tickets in their hands and not returned delinquent, for
hich the said treasurer has accounted to the auditor and county authori-
es for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-six, eighteen hundred
nd ninety-seven, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and eighteen hun-
red and ninety-nine.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
