steamboat company to erect a wharf on Chuckatuck creek, in Nansemond
county, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the

ed and permitted to erect a pier or wharf on Chuckatuck creck,
ansemond county, Virginia, and on the lands of R. IL. Atkinson, in
id county, with the consent of the said R. H. Atkinson, subject to
ll the laws of the state governing all wharves on the waters of the
mmonwealth: and provided, also, that this act shall at all times be
nder the control of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed
pay be deemed proper.
