Chap. 75.—An ACT to repeal an act approved March 2, 1900, entitled an
act to authorize the board of supervisors of Scott county to lay levies to
pay all outstanding road warrants.

Approved February 12, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Scott county
to lay levies to pay all outstanding road warrants is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
