Chap. 74.—An ACT to give justices of the peace in incorporated towns of
Charlotte county concurrent jurisdiction with mayors of said towns, in try-
ing offenses against the Commonwealth.
Approved February 12, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That justices
of the peace in the incorporated towns of Charlotte county shall have
concurrent jurisdiction with the mayors of said towns, in trying offenses
against the commonwealth.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby
repealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
