Chap. 71.—An ACT to permit Selverius C. Hall to erect a wharf on Mesongo
creek, Accomac county, Va.

Approved February 12, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Selverius
C. Hall be, and he is, hereby authorized and permitted to erect a wharf
or pier fronting his land on Mesongo creck, near Sparrows point, in
Accomae county, Virginia, with a water front of (60) sixty feet wide,
extending two hundred feet into the channel, subject to all the laws
of the state governing wharves erected on the waters of the common-
wealth: and provided, also, that this act shall at all times be under the
control of the general assembly, and be amended or repealed as may be
deemed right and proper.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
