Chap. 38.—An ACT permitting Harold S. Bloomberg, of Richmond, to appear
before the judges of the Supreme Court of Appeals, and take the required
examination for a license to practice law.

Whereas Harold §. Bloomberg, of Richmond, who is under the age
of twenty-one years, has received the degree of bachelor of law. and is
desirous of taking the required examination for the purpose of being
licensed to practice law; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That upon
Harold 8. Bloomberg’s complying with the law and all of the require-
ments of the rules and regulations of the Supreme court of appeals for
licensing persons to practice law, with the exeeption of his being over the
age of twenty-one vears, the judge of the hustings court of the city of
Richmond shall issue to him a certificate to such effect as required by law.
2. And upon said Harold S. Bloomberg's successfully passing the
required examination and complying with the law, and all of the other
rules and regulations of the Supreme court of appeals of Virginia. with
the exeeption of his being over the age of twenty-one years, the judves of
the said Supreme court of appeals are directed to grant unto him a
license to practice law, subject to the usual requirements.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
