1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
ntitled “an act to incorporate the town of Chincoteague, Accomac
punty,” approved March seventh, nineteen hundred. be, and the same
, hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from and after July first, nineteen hun-
red and one.
