Chap. 348.—An ACT to validate and confirm all charters of incorporation
heretofore granted by the hustings court of the city of Richmond.

Approved February 16, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all char-
ters of incorporation heretofore granted by the hustinys court of the city
of Richmond, under authority of section eleven hundred and forty-five
of the code of Virginia, edition of eighteen hundred and eighty-seven be,
and the same are, hereby ratified and confirmed, and made as valid and
binding as if they had been granted by the circuit court of the city of
Richmond.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
