Chap. 341.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 5 of the charter of the
Clarksville toll bridge company, in the county of Mecklenburg, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section five
of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Clarksville toll bridge com-
pany, in the county of Mecklenburg, Virginia, approved March first, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-cight, be amended and re-enacted so as to read
as follows: .

§ 5. The construction of said bridge shall be commenced within five
vears, and completed within seven vears from the passage of this act,
and upon its completion the said company shall have the right to fix and
determine the rate of toll for crossing thereon, and to collect the same.
