Chap. 313.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 2168 of the Code of Vir-
ginia in relation to the disposition of fines.
Approved February 16, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
twenty-one hundred and sixty-eight of the code of Virginia be amended
and re-enacted so ax to read ‘as follows:
$2168. Disposition of fines——One-fourth of every fine imposed and
collected for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall go
to the inspector within whose limits it was committed, and the remain-
ing three-fourths to the credit of the oyster fund.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are hereby re-
pealed.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
