Chap. 294.—An ACT to authorize the holding of an additional term of the
circuit court in Norfolk county.

Approved February 16, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That in addition
to the terms now authorized by law to be held, the cireuit court of Nor-
folk county, Virginia, shall be held also on the fourth Monday in May
of each year. .

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-
pealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
