Chap. 291.—An ACT to provide for the necessary traveling expenses of the
commissioners for the promotion of the uniformity of legislation in the
United States, appointed by the governor in pursuance of an act approved
March 6, 1900, entitled an act to authorize the governor to appoint a board
of commissioners for the promotion of uniformity of legislation.
Approved February 16, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the three
mmissioners s appointed by the governor of Virginia for the promotion
the uniformity of legislation in the United States, under authority of
1 act of the general assembly of Virginia, approved March sixth, nine-
en hundred, entitled an act to authorize the governor to appoint a board
commissioners for the promotion of the uniformity of legislation in
e United States, shall receive no compensation for their services, but
all be paid their necessary traveling expenses in effecting the objects
said act, not to exceed one hundred dollars each per annum, which
all be paid out of any funds not otherwise appropriated when the ac-
unt for the same has been approved by the governor.
2. All acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
3. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
