Chap. 286.—An ACT to transfer the state’s interest in the Harrisonburg and
Warm Springs turnpike, within the county of Augusta, to said county.

Approved February 16, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That the board
f public works be, and are, hereby directed to transfer and convey to
he county ef Augusta the state’s interest in the Harrisonburg and Warm
prings turnpike within the said county.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
