Chap. 281.—An ACT to make owners or keepers of bulls in Grayson county
liable for injuries done by said animals beyond the limits of the land of
said owner or keeper.
Approved February 16, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any person
in the county of Grayson, owning or having in custody any bull or bulls
of the age of one year or over shall be liable in damages to any person
who or whose property may be damaged by such bull or bulls beyond the
limit of the lands of such owner or custodian.
2 This act shall be in force from its passage.
