Chap. 272.—An ACT for relief of Gilbert Marshall from a fine.
Approved February 16, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Gilbert
Marshall be, and is, hereby relieved from the payment of a fine of one
hundred dollars imposed upon him by the county court of Nelson county
at the November term, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, for selling
liquor contrary to law: provided, that said Gilbert Marshall pay all the
costs in the said case, and that no charge whatever be put upon the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
