Chap. 239.—An ACT for the relief of Harry Howard, of Newport News, Vir-
ginia.

Whereas, Harry Howard, of the city of Newport News, state of Vir-
ginia, has been a practicing pharmacist for more than twenty-four years,
and for fourteen years prior to an act passed by the general assembly
of Virginia, requiring pharmacists to register. And that he was out of
the state during the time allowed practicing druggists to reecive certifi-
cates of registration; and
Whereas evidence has been produced from a munber of physicians and
registered pharmacists showing his fitness to be registered; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That Harry
Howard, of Newport News, Virginia, be, and he is, hereby authorized
and empowered to compound, sell and dispense drugs and medicine
within the thirty-cighth senatorial district, in the state of Virginia.
2. The board of pharmacy of the state of Virginia is hereby authorized
and directed to register the said Harry Howard as a pharmacist.
3. This act shall be in foree from its passage.
