Chap. 209.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Oxford Presbyterian church,
in the county of Rockbridge, to sell certain lots for burial purposes.

Approved February 15, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the trustees
of Oxford Presbyterian church, in the county of Rockbridge, are hereby
authorized to sell and convey, by deed, such part of the land now held
by them for cemetery purposes, to any person or persons who may apply
for a section for burial purposes.

The said trustees may set apart certain portions of said grounds in said
ee for the burial of persons who are unable to purchase sections or

The proceeds arising from the sale of sections or lote to be applied to
the keeping said cemetery and fencing in proper order.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
