Chap. 200.—An ACT to allow George R. Nock and company to erect a wharf,
pier, or house on a meadow or knoll in Big Cat creek, Accomac county,
Virginia.
on the northern and western corner of the reach leading to Big sandy
ereek, extending from high meadow to two feet below mean low water
mark, with a frontage of one hundred feet: provided, said wharf, pier or
house shall not obstruct navigation, and shall be subject to the laws of
this commonwealth governing wharves or piers erected in the waters of
this state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
